Contact Us

We read everything that comes in, and we reply to most of it. Corrections get priority.

How to reach us

Email: support@sprucednest.com
Phone: +91 88103 05871

Email is the best way to get hold of us and we usually reply within two to three working days. The phone line is answered during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, India Standard Time.

Send us a message

Install Fluent Forms or WPForms Lite, build a form with Name, Email, Subject and Message, then replace this paragraph with the form’s block or shortcode. A working form matters. A contact page with no way to make contact is one of the more common reasons a site gets turned down, and it is an easy thing to get right. ]]

What to get in touch about

Corrections

If something on the site is wrong, out of date or unsafe, tell us. Include the article title and what specifically is wrong. We check every report and update the article if it needs it.

Questions about an article

Happy to help where we can. Tell us what you have tried already and what surface or appliance you are dealing with, since that usually decides the answer.

We cannot diagnose a problem we cannot see, and we will not guess at anything involving gas, mains electricity or structural work — those need someone qualified looking at it in person.

Suggestions

If there is a problem in your house that you cannot find a decent guide for, send it over. Requests are a good source of article ideas, particularly the awkward ones.

Advertising and partnerships

Use the same address and put “Advertising” in the subject line.

To save time: we do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid links, and we do not add links to existing articles in exchange for payment. Editorial decisions are not for sale.

Permission to republish

Quoting a short extract with a visible link back to the original does not need permission. Anything more than that, ask first.

Privacy requests

To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
